The journey to parenthood is one of the most intense and meaningful human experiences there is. However, it can also be arduous, disappointing and even heartbreaking. I am here to honor that struggle and support my clients as they work through the obstacles between them and the family life they deserve.
I have worked with pregnant and postpartum women and families for more than 20 years, first as an OB nurse and then as a therapist. I combine my years of nursing experience with specialized training in counseling and perinatal mental health to provide the support clients need while navigating the intense ups and downs of becoming a family.

Registered Nurse: Received my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 1998
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist: Received my Master’s Degree in Counseling in 2013
Certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International
Completed Training for Adoption Competency through Center for Adoption Support and Education
Trained in EMDR through The Touchstone Institute
